When I started at Poisson Poisson and Bower PLLC, a full service law firm, my primary responsibility was to produce a consistent brand message and oversee the marketing efforts. For years, the firm had allowed advertising vendors to create advertising materials and lacked a consistent image in their marketing.
My role has since expanded to include overseeing the I.T. decision making and planning. The firm now utilizes a branch office with phone systems and applications linked over a secure VPN as well as a mix of Linux and Windows servers. |
